Proposals
Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices depend on the property survey and selected devices.
Payment
60% of the proposal value is payable in advance to begin procurement and installation. The remaining 40% is due on completion.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel after paying the advance but before work begins, a cancellation fee of 25% of the advance applies and the rest is refunded. Once procurement or installation has started, payments are non-refundable.
Customer responsibilities
You provide stable power and Wi-Fi/internet at installation time, and electrical readiness (wiring and sockets) as agreed in the proposal.
Installation timeline
Timelines in your proposal start once the advance is received and the site is ready.
Liability
HomeHaven is not liable for damage caused by misuse, power fluctuations or third-party tampering after installation, or for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, supply-chain disruption or government action.
No monitoring or security guarantee
HomeHaven systems provide automation, alerts and notifications. HomeHaven does not provide a monitoring centre, guards or physical response, and does not guarantee the prevention of theft, intrusion, fire, flooding or other loss.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. Plan features are described on the Subscriptions page and may change with notice.
Online shop orders
Orders placed through the online shop are subject to availability; we confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
